By accessing or using QuizNest ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use QuizNest. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at noobusonweb@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of flashcard sets, cards, and comments you create ("User Content"). By posting public User Content, you grant QuizNest a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content as part of the Service.

You agree NOT to post content that:

• Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
• Is obscene, defamatory, harassing, or hateful
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Promotes illegal activities or violence
• Is spam, misleading, or deceptive

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms at our discretion without notice.

5. AI Generation Feature

QuizNest offers AI-powered flashcard generation via our "Generate with AI" feature. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete — always verify before academic use
• Your prompts are sent to OpenAI for processing, subject to OpenAI's usage policies
• You are responsible for the accuracy of any content you publish from AI generation

6. Intellectual Property

All design, code, trademarks, logos, and non-user content on QuizNest are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

7. Advertising

QuizNest displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Ads are subject to Google's advertising policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Use bots or automated tools to game XP, leaderboards, or multiplayer features

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuizNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuizNest and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.
